Über die Veranstaltung

Childbirth is one of the most stressful events in a woman's life. This enormous strain on the body and the psyche often leads to upsets - both on a mental and physical level.

The first days and weeks after the birth often determine whether the experience is processed positively or whether the symptoms increase.

Doulas can provide initial emotional support, give confidence and provide psychoeducational support, especially in the initial period after the birth.
