Systemic constellation "Doula Empowerment"

What would it look like if we all continued to empower each other to be successful and fulfilled in the doula profession? 

Where is there shortage and where is there abundance? 

What are the dynamics affecting the positioning of doulas in the market? 

What strengthens and what weakens doulas in the "pregnancy and childbirth" professional group? 

In a systemic constellation it is possible to represent the profession of the doula within its system - just as there are parents and siblings etc. in a family constellation, the system also has some "players" and qualities that are reflected in the dynamics and processes participate or even determine or shape them.
