Out of the need for a self-determined birth, more and more women in the delivery room are submitting a very detailed birth plan. As a result, midwives often feel under pressure, while women often feel unnoticed. A concept is presented here that takes into account both the women and the medical staff in their competencies. This creates a trusting atmosphere.
